1. Standard Shipping: We provide free shipping with a weight under 0.6kg and an order amount above $20, most of the flashlight products are free shipping, excluding accessories and for the remote areas.

2. Additional Shipping Fee: The additional shipping fee will happen base on the product weight, when the total weight beyond the free shipping 0.6kg, the shipping fee will raise $1 per 0.1kg. For GT/GT70, the shipping fee is base on the order unit.
If DHL, FedEx, UPS or other channels required, please contact us.

3. Shipping Time Generally, most of our products are in stock, your order will be shipped out within 1-3 workdays after your payment is verified. But in case of any hot products are temporarily out of stock, we will contact you asap to ask an extension or change other items or any of your suggestion.

4. Delivered For different countries and regions, shipping methods would be different.
For most countries and regions, normally it will take about 7-20s for the delivery.

5. Tracking A tracking number will be provided after shipped, and it may take a few days before they become active on the tracking website. If the information is not available please try again later. Please rest assured that the estimated shipping time is valid regardless of the tracking site updates.

6. Tax Kindly note that all packages are shipped from China unless stating from other warehouses.
In order to ensure you receive your item are tax-free upon import, Each parcel will be declared the value less than $20 (GT/GT70 is $30), if you need us in a lower declared value, please leave a message in the order. If the purpose of the customs office finds that the package needs to levy taxes and fees, please pay taxes and fees to the local customs.

7. Notice:
1) Please note that the processing time is not included in the shipping time. The total time it will take to receive your order is the processing time + the shipping time. If you have any issues with your order, you can submit a ticket to our Support Center for further assistance. Our dedicated CS team will contact you within 24 hours.
2) Shipping times may be affected during public holidays as manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations during these times. Though this is unfortunately out of our control, we will try our best to improve on this issue.
